The Effect of Principal’s Participatory Leadership and School’s Culture on the Implementation of Total Quality Management

This study aims to determine whether there is influence between the Principal’s Participatory Leadership and School’s culture on Implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) at SMK Negeri 1 Prabumulih. The population this were 100 teachers Prabumulih State Vocational School sample taken using Slovin formula was 80 teachers. research uses quantitative with correlation descriptive methods, while sampling done by random sampling, instrument a questionnaire that has been tested for validity reliability. results hypothesis regression test, namely simple linear multiple SPSS indicate significant TQM Then Principal equal, so alternative accepted which means simultaneously toward TQM.
